YES, WE WILL SHIP INTERNATIONALLY ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD. SHIPPING MAY VARY BASED ON LOCATION AND THE CLIENT SHALL RECEIVE A BETTER ESTIMATED TIME ONCE THE TRACKING NUMBER IS PROVIDED.
HOW WILL MY ITEMS COME PACKAGED?
ALL SHIPPED PAINTINGS AND ART INCLUDING PRINTS WILL BE SECURELY WRAPPED IN BUBBLE WRAP INSIDE OF A BOX OR POLY MAILER.
GRAPHIC T-SHIRTS ARE SECURELY WRAPPED IN PACKING PAPER AND SHIPPED IN A BUBBLE MAILER.
LIGHTERS WILL BE FLAGGED AS FLAMMABLE BY THE SHIPPING PROVIDER AND WILL BE SECURELY HANDLED AND PROTECTED.
STICKERS WILL BE GATHERED IN SMALL POLY BAGS INSIDE OF A BUBBLE MAILER.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE WAS DAMAGED , STOLEN, OR LOST?
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PACKAGES LOST DUE TO USPS, UPS, OR FEDEX, AS IT WILL BE OUR LOSS AS WELL. WE WILL WORK HARD TO FIGURE OUT A RESOLUTION. IF YOUR ITEM APPEARS TO BE DAMAGED IN THE PROCESS OF SHIPMENT, PLEASE PROVIDE AN EMAIL TO (THESURREALDEALSHOPPE@GMAIL.COM) WITH PICTURES AND DETAILS OF THE DAMAGES ALONG WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER WITHIN AT LEAST 72 HOURS UPON RECEIVING.
DO WE TAKE OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT?
YES, WE ACCEPT ELECTRONIC OR MAILED CHECKS. WE ALSO FEATURE AFTER PAY AS WELL, WHICH ALLOWS THE CLIENT TO MAKE INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS ON ANY ITEMS IN THE STORE. AFTER SHOPPING WITH US THROUGH OUR MERCHANDISE STORE YOU WILL BE DIRECTED TO A AFTER-PAY LINK IN THE SHOPPING CART ONCE READY TO CHECK-OUT.
WHAT’S OUR REFUND POLICY ON COMMISSION WORK?
IF CLIENT PAYS IN FULL DURING THE CONSULTATION, THE CLIENT SHALL CANCEL WITHIN 24-HOURS PRIOR TO SCHEDULED SERVICE TO RECEIVE A PARTIAL REFUND. IF CLIENT WERE NOT TO PAY IN FULL AND HAS ONLY PROVIDED A DEPOSIT, CLIENT WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND AND WILL NOT BE EXPECTED TO OWE ANYTHING FURTHER.
WHAT’S OUR REFUND POLICY ON MERCHANDISE ?
